Online Payments

We are in the process of changing to a new secure payment system which will be up and running within the next neek. In the intervening few days, we are not taking any online payments, so please give us a call or email if you would like to make a purchase - we will be pleased to help and advise, and can take card payments over the phone.

Vegetable plants and Bedding plants

The first of our bedding plants are also ready for sale. We have pots,  trays and plugs of a wide range of plants including Lobelia, Petunia, Verbena, Fuschias, Asters and Alyssum. Perfect for containers, hanging baskets or dotted among perennials at the front a border.  Many trays are just £3 each, or 4 for £11. Basket plants are 40p for regular sized plugs, or 60p each for jumbo plugs.

We also have a range of  vegetable plants including tomatoes, brussel sprouts, peppers, broad beans, sweetcorn, peas and pumpkins, starting from 50p per pot.

Perennials and Herbs

Come in to browse a wide range of herbaceous perennials. Delphiniums, Hardy Geraniums, Achillea, Agapanthus, Asters.....to name just a few.We also have a great selection of herbs (£2 per pot or 3 for £9.50) - see the herbs page for more details.

Spring

We are now open every day, including Tuesday's, throughout spring. Pop in to see (among other things) our range of mature shrubs and trees, herbaceous perennials, summer-flowering bulbs and fresh cut-flowers. Among our new stock of shrubs, climbers and trees we have Acers, Rhododendrons, Ceonothus, Photinia, Wisteria (from small 3ft plants right up to 15ft mature wisteria).

If you are looking to create a wildlife haven in your garden, we have many plants that are ideal. Shrubs such as Buddleia, Lilac, Lavatera and Lavendar and perennials such as Foxgloves and Aquilegia are all great for attracting bees and butterflies.

We also still have a selection of bareroot roses, fruit trees, ornamental trees and hedging. The last chance to buy before the end of the season

Fundraising

Thank you to everybody who has supported this charity over the past year. You will be pleased to know we have raised £48.99! We are also happy to to announce that through your donations on the 'Wheel of Fortune' and from our Reindeer Challenge over christmas, we raised £148.69 Maggie's Cancer Care and £108.25 for Barnardo's - Thank you again for your support.

Flower Shop

We have a small flower shop at Bunkers Hill which has a super selection of fresh flowers and bouquets. Our seasonal English bunches are always popular, such as spring tulips, narcissus, dahlias, peonies, delphiniums, sunflowers, pinks, chrysanths and asters. In addition we have a nice display of unusual and exotic flowers with the best selection on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. We are pleased to deliver bouquets to Kidlington, Woodstock and local villages.

Compost etc….

As well as our extensive stock of plants and bulbs, we have a large range of bird seed, feeders & houses, compost & manure, Yorkshire pots, oak barrels, watering cans, canes, stakes & guards and recycled glass vases.
