We offer a nationwide delivery service using Royal Mail for smaller items and Parcelforce for larger items. We also offer an economic local delivery service using our own vans, and can also deliver large items further afield (within a 60mile radius of the nursery). If you change your mind about your purchase, or if the item you have received is not as described, please return the goods to us, with the invoice which was enclosed in the package, within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund if the product is still in a saleable condition. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. When issuing refunds we are only able to refund your postage if the item was not as described or if the item is broken or faulty. If the return is due to a change of mind, we will refund the cost of the product but not the outward or return postage costs
