Delivery

We offer a national delivery service using royal mail for smaller items or for larger items a national courier. If you live in the Oxfordshire area (25 mile radius) we offer an economic delivery service using our own vans, please ask for delivery prices.

 

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, or if the item you have received is not as described, please return the goods to us, with the invoice which was enclosed in the package, within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund if the product is still in a saleable condition. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. When issuing refunds we are only able to refund your postage if the item was not as described or if the item is broken or faulty. If the return is due to a change of mind, we will refund the cost of the product but not the outward or return postage costs

 

               

Online Payments

We are in the process of changing to a new secure payment system which will be up and running within the next neek. In the intervening few days, we are not taking any online payments, so please give us a call or email if you would like to make a purchase - we will be pleased to help and advise, and can take card payments over the phone.
